Product Manager

I’m a Product Manager with 15 years of experience diagnosing broken systems, designing scalable solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to measurable outcomes. My background spans software, operations, and market-facing products, with experience guiding initiatives from discovery and strategy through execution and launch. I specialize in translating complex business challenges into structured, data-driven solutions that drive growth, improve operations, and create scalable systems—bringing together a rare combination of operational discipline, entrepreneurial creativity, and systems thinking.

My Philosophy

Think Deeply

I believe the best solutions come from understanding the problem beneath the problem. The details tell the story, and I like digging into workflows, constraints, data, and stakeholder needs until the real opportunity becomes clear. Before building anything, I want to understand what is broken, why it matters, and what a better system should make possible.

Build Purposefully

I don’t believe in building for the sake of building. Every product, process, or system should solve a meaningful problem, create measurable value, and make work easier for the people using it. My goal is to translate complexity into structured, practical solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and execution.

Create Freely

I believe every problem contains the seed of its own solution. Creative thinking, adaptability, and experimentation are essential to finding better ways forward. For me, creativity is not just about ideas — it is about turning constraints into opportunities.

Improve Continuously

I naturally look for ways to make things operate better. Whether it is a workflow, product, team process, or business model, I believe progress comes from questioning assumptions, testing alternatives, and refining what already exists. Adaptation helps us survive, but intentional improvement helps us thrive.
